Hello Sandra! Our philosophy when it comes to fruit post-op is not more than one every other day until you reach your goal weight (the weight where you are healthy and happy!). Only start on fruits when you are on phase 3, and when you are able to get your 60 - 80 grams of protein a day in without any problem. Remember, you will be eating very small amounts, such as 2 ounces of fruit at a time. Work with an RD, or feel free to send questions to me via email. Any fruit is fine as long as it's within the boundaries of what we just mentioned. It's very, very healthy!...BUT, PROTEIN is the most important thing for you now! I just now got your question, my apologies! PLEASE let me know how you are doing! We'll be posting more recipes soon! Good luck on your journey!
